DO I NEED TO ACTIVATE EACH MAP from MOWE CDs?

Could someone offer me some reassurance please?

I have loaded UK and France maps onto a larger card for my ONE. from the Maps of western Europe CD, I followed the "detailed" instructions loaded seperate UK and France maps and have activated the Product by selecting UK map, seems to be ok here, loaded my POIs and added French cameras from GPS passion to France folder.

BUT problem I now realise is unless I uninstall it all and try to activate the France one first I will not know until I get off the ferry if my French Maps are active. Do you need to activate each map or just the once please, can't find anything on here or TT site to reassure me?

You only need to activate once if the GB map was the one from the CD set and the France map is from the same set.

You can check that the France map is working. Switch map and try planning an A-B route in France. Advanced planning A-B not an Itinerary.

thanks I feel much happier now, Planning A-B works fine, both came off same CD, I have left my original GB card as is for when I come back, too many POI to start again, but wanted to have both on one for trip to and from Dover

You can copy over the PoI files via your PC. Just drag the .ov2 files and their matching .bmp files.
