Just bought Xtrac2 GPS receiver, not receiving anything?

When you insert the CF card into the Pocket PC , does it pop up a message saying unrecognised card?

If not, it will simply emulate a COM port, and select the first free number. Most of the time this will be COM4

Also make sure to set the protocol and speed to NMEA 4800 - those are the standard settings for serial and CF receivers.
