Error message

Hello all, I have been using Tomtom 3 with POI edit. I have loaded it with number of POI overlays. These have always worked using the Autoupdate feature on POI edit. Today, with no changes to my PC or Pocket PC (A HP 2210) I got this error message

Connection refused (Error #10061) while recieving http file name

Please check your internet connection and internet explorer proxy settings.

Any thoughts on what might have caused this and what I might be able to do to fix it?

Due to server problems, all downloads have to be done manually for the time being.
