Navigation Pack

Hi,

Does anyone know anywhere that stocks the full Navigation Package that can be seen at http://www.tomtom.com/products/product.php?ID=67&Language=1

I am after the package with the 2110 PDA and cannot seem to find a place that sells it. I can get packages that include TomTom and the 2110, but not the actual "Navigator Package" that contains everything.
