Upgrading my memory card - do I need to re-install

Ihave TT3 UK on my iPAQ 1940 with a 128MB SD card.

Now I want to add the Main road Europe maps (actually I only NEED Holland at this stage).

I also have the Postcode app and the speed camera database on the memory card.

I intend buying a 256 or 512 M card and upgrading.

What is the easiest way to upgrade?
Can I copy the files onto my main PC C: drive (this doesn't seem to work for the TTmaps, it changes the file format).
Then re-install TT with both UK and Europe maps and then just copy the other files back?

Any advice appreciated

Provided the name of the card on the IPAQ remains the same (e.g. on a 5550 Storage Cards were called Storage Card, but on an 4700, they were called SD Card), then you can cut from the old (using a reader) to the hard disk and then paste onto the new one. You can buy 1GB SD cards now for about £60.00.

You will not need to re-install using this method. Test, then using the card reader, because it is much quicker than Active Sync, install MRE
