Which is the newest CF card GPS receiver on the market?

Why? Well having purchased a Haicom 303E, my iPAQ doesn't recognise it and I'm now thinking this may be the cause of my problems.

When speaking with technical support at global positioning systems(yes I got through) a comment was made that the Haicom was old technology.

Any advise greatfully received.
