Navigon and Haicom 204s

Hello Everybody

Having mega problems, the Navigon GPS software does not seem to accept the haicom gps reciever at all, if anybody has any ideas regarding this problem.

Haicom and Navigon dont seem to react to emails, one has to call the expensive help line number, any help would gratefully recieved.

Its a Toshiba e330 PDA with Navigon GPS software 1.1
