Hi, here's the problem I'm getting since 3 weeks ago (was working fine for 2 months before that) on a C500 under T-Mobile:
Open TTM and plot a journey
Traffic updates normally and I get the green circle
After 15 mins it tries to update then I get a 'connection error' and am told to check my connection settings (which obviously work fine)
If I try to manually update by pressing 3-3 it does the same
BUT if I disable then enable traffic and update, it works fine and I get the green circle again
Any ideas guys? _________________ CJSnet |

I am getting the same problem - see my previous unanswered post in the traffic section. Seems as if TT are suffering problems but it is getting very frustrating... _________________ Audi S4

I'm wondering if there's a file in TomTom Mobile's folders that we can delete to force it to reactivate our Traffic. There's a post by someone else in the Traffic forum here, saying they reactivated their account on TTNavigator and it worked. _________________ CJSnet |

Okay well nobody here seems to have that info, so I did some digging and my traffic activation/username details seem to be stored in Great-Britain-Map.cfg
Now, can anyone tell me how to remove them from that file, without losing my dozens of other settings, favourites, POI warnings, etc. that are also stored in there?
Thanks in advance. _________________ CJSnet |
