Sorry to bother all out there, but can some one tell me what the temp and mobile camera's refer too. Surely if there temp or mobile there not permanent. As ive driven on roads where they have warning sign's etc and know for a fact that every so often you get that bloke or blokeet sat in the van doing people under the disguise as safety reduction unit. Yet i get no activation on my TT, G |

Mobile is for sites known to be frequent haunts of Traffic cards and Tallivans i.e. Safety Camera Partnership Vans.
Tem is for the locations of temporary speed camera installations i.e. Road works etc.
If you know of locations where vans/patrols regularly park up to check speeds report them to us using the email address cameras @ pocketgpsworld.com and we'll add them to the database. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Do you see a POI icon on screen at those locations? If not then assuming the other POI files work you have either not enabled them or we have no records for that location. _________________ Darren Griffin |

You have to enable each individual category (Gatso, Redlight, Mobile, etc.) and then select Warn when near POI for each separate category. Have you done that?
It's safest NOT to check the "Warn only if on route" box. You may then get a few false alarms - but you shouldn't miss any, as long as they're in the database.
