you`ve probably seen this question but i have wiped all the foreign languages off of my memory card then downloaded the speed camera data but nothing comes up on my ttg, has it loaded or do i need to do anything to activate it cheers Embarassed

make sure that you have ticked them in Preferences/Maintain PoI.

Also (if you want to see the icons) that the PoI box is ticked in the page that appears when you have the map displayed and you choose the option button in the bottom left.[/i]

What version of the software have you got. You need 4.40 or later to be able to use add-on POIs.

You did put the .ov2 and .bmp files in the Great-Britain-Map folder and not in the root directory, didn't you?

In Change Preferences/Maintain POIs/Enable-Disable POI make sure all the pocketgps uk {etc} categories are ticked. Under Warn when near POI, make sure that you have selected each of the pocketgps uk categories, and assigned a warning sound to each one [you have to do each category individually, and can have different sounds for (say) Redlight from Gatso if you wish]. I suggest that you don't tick the box which says Warn only if on route, or somesuch - since you can miss some this way.
