anyone know where i can get the Canadian maps for Go? I have seen on the US Tom Tom site, but can't find a way just to buy the maps. I only need Ontario, there must be somewhere I can buy this? |

You can buy the TomTom Navigator 2004 software - it comes with maps for Canada, and those can also be used on the GO. _________________ Lutz

Thanks, just to be clear, this will definitely work on the Go? I simply copy files from the cd to the SD card? Seems to good to be true. |

Files on the CD are in CAB format. You need to use the TomTom installer to extract them, preferably to a SD card in a card reader connected to your PC.
You can't copy the maps directly from CD. _________________ Lutz

You might have to install ActiveSync, as TomTom Navigator 2004 installer is designed for PocketPC. If ActiveSync is not present on your pc, the installer will not run. |
