bluetooth console keeps popping up

Hi

i have ipaq 2210 with bluetooth gps antenna (leadtek). I configured the tomtom gps to search on bluetooth com port.

So every time i start my ipaq, the bluetooth console come's up and wants me to click on the bluetooth gps icon of my antenna.

my question: isn't there a fixed way (for example by HWaddress) that tomtom knows that he has to pair with this particular device, instead of giving me a list with all devices which have serial profiles?

You need to set BTBrowserEnabled to zero. Have a look at the top of this forum how to do this.

that did exactly what i expected off it.

another detailed question. How will this affect battery life? Because i noticed he's trying continuously to connect to the BT device (if I press the ON button, devices are paired within seconds)
