Holux GM-101+ Handheld GPS

Hi

I receive to test, one unit of Holux GM-101+ Handheld GPS.
So far I'm very satisfied, but I have some questions about the formats
of the maps to use on GM-101+.
In the manual refer only file type .arl, also is possible transform
using the software Maproute files type .ard in files type .arl.
I can't find the user's manual of the Maproute, can you sent to me one
copy of the manual.
The older unit Handheld GPS GM-101 use files type .lst.
Exist in the marked software to transform files from others GPS
receivers like Magellan, Garmin, etc. or proceeding from GIS Software
like ESRI ArcView (files type .shp) in to .lst files. I can't find any
software to do the same to .arl files (using by GM-101+).
Do you know some software to do this operation, or at least some
software to transform files type .lst in .arl???
Concretely I need transform files type .shp (from ESRI ArcView) in .arl,
to use on GM-101+, this is very important to me.
