Tom Tom 3

When I try to install Tom Tom 3
it just say "can´t connect to your pocketpc"

What am I doing wrong?
It worked before.

Please provide some more information. What have you changed on your PC since the time when " it worked before" ?

Sorry I was in a hurry when I wrote this.

I have an ipaq 3970 and a navman 3400 gps-dock, using
Active Sync 3.7.1
I have tried to install tom tom 3 Scandinavia but when I put in the cd it just say "no connection with unit".

I tried to reinstall active Sync a couple of times but the same message pop up.

It worked the first time but I had to reinstall my computer after a trojan messed it up.

So what can I do to make Tom tom find my ipaq?

It sounds like the problem is with your PC, not Tom Tom or Ipaq.

You need to get activesync working first.
If you cannot fix that on your PC, try another PC.
