I assume it is dead

I switched on my Tomtom Bluetooth receiver this morning only to be greeted with a green steady light and no blue light whatsoever

After getting home using an 'Atlas' I completley discharged it and then fully recharged it.

This did not fix the problem and there is no bluetooth signal at all

Am I safe to assume it has died and needs sending back to tomtom, it is the little rectangular silver one

Oh how reliant one can become on it, so much so that when it fails I am completely stuck

Thia sounds like it is completely dead. You should return it to the retailer that you purchased it from for warranty replacement.

It's dead. Best thing is to return to Tomtom -- they have a pretty quick turnaround. Phone number for returns is available on this forum -- that's where I got it from -- so do a search.
