CoPilot5 Speech Software Problem!

CoPilot Live Pocket PC5 - Software Only

Hi I've just recieived my software.. but having afew having a problems.

1) I've followed all the instructions but can only get the Male TTS voice

2) When I open Copilot on my PC it comes up with an error message, I've uninstalled re installed several time but the problem persists.

The Error message reads -

COPILOT caused an exception 03H in module <unknown> at 0000:00000033.

1) In order to switch from the male TTS voice to the female WAV voice you have to deinstall Pocket Speech from the Pocket PC and then reinstall using the other option. You only get these 2 options with the UK English version.

2) I've not come across this particular error, but I was also finding the desktop component rather unreliable. I was getting errors which forced the program to close. I could then only get it to work again after restarting the PC. I have just installed XP Service Pack 2, and (fingers crossed) it seems to behave better now.

Which Pocket PC are you using ?

Also try soft resetting the Pocket PC before running and also run up START | SETTINGS | MEMORY and see how much PROGRAM MEMORY (right hand slide of slider) you have available.

Aim for around 12-15mb, anything lower and you may get memory errors when starting CoPilot.
