Transfer grid references from Autoroute to memorymap?

I am in the process of writing a guide to caravan sites with a view of the sea and have built a route round the coast of Britain on Autoroute showing 400 caravan sites that I found. The grid references show the Ordance Survey map number and two letter code and are followed by a six figure map reference as follows.SS-159-535-887.
I would like to transfer them to Memorymap but can not discover how to do it. Any ideas?

Hi,

I've added to the wish list at Memory-Map, the request for MM to use either 6, 8, or 10 figure OSGB grid references.

In the meantime just add a couple of zeros to the Northing and Easting figures. E.g.:

SS 159 535 (6 figure)
SS 15900 53500 (10 figure)
