Map speed icons

I gave up trying to get CheckPOInt to sync on my iPAQ1940 and have now paid out a little and installed POI-Warner. This seems to work fine and syncs ok. But now I find I need to subscribe extra to download Speedcams POIs!

I do have pocketgps installed already but I am still very confused as to what I require. At various web sites I see screen shots with red circles showing what look like speed limits on roads and I understand that they can be set to give you a warning when you exceed them. I would like to see this on my pocketpc.

Please can someone tell me what this is and how could I install it for POI-Warner?
