GPS Keeps freezing

I have a Dconnex Bc 307 compact flash GPS after about 10 mins of working it freezes up, has anyone got any ideas why

had exactly the same problem. unit had bee working great for about 6 months then I ugraded tomtom2 to tt3.
cf card would run ok for 10mins or so and then freeze. I assumed tt3 was the culprit and then read some comments on this forum about resetting.
downloaded winfast and did a factory reset. Card now running ok again :D
