Thinkware U3000 dashcam

I have historically used the Speedcamera alert app on Android but my phone gets very hot and sometimes restarts.

My Dashcam, a Thinkware U3000 has camera safety warning but I'm not sure how good the database is.

The download from their website is a .dx2 file.

Any thoughts whether this is available from Pocketgpsworld or any way to look at the DX2 file to see how the raw data.

Notepad++ should be able to open it.

According to their website https://thinkwaredashcam.eu/eu/product/thinkware-dash-cam-u3000/ they use the Cyclops database so it is likely that the dx2 file is encrypted.

The only option would be if the manual mentions anything about adding your own database.
