Its posted up on this page and I have seen it also on other pages, sites etc. Video of it on youtube. Just need the file and install it.
So basically what your saying is when I open my winrar click on that file I want to unzip and when it asks me where to unzip it just unzip to the usb drive with the letter or the TOMTOM logo. Correct? |

Any help at all from anyone? From that link posted on page one with those files how do you go about installing them into your tomtom?
After you install will there be problems with the vocies?
And how do you make a backup using "IE" I used tomtom home to make a backup. Is that not enough?
Any help please with step by step instructions is much appreciated! |

Forum decorum usually requires members to wait patiently for someone to reply rather than demand answers. I would try reading the whole thread again as I'm pretty sure the answer is there already.
Also read the TomTom FAQ thread in this forum for instructions on how to do a backup with WINDOWS EXPLORER (not IE).

It is NOT Internet Explorer but Windows Explorer you use to make the backup. I know there is a link in the FAQ's here on how to do the backup if unsure or you can use this one:
http://www.tomtomforums.com/general-tomtom-discussion/17864-how-backup-contents-your-unit-computer.html
Once that is done, then simply extract the cab file to the external device represented by Windows for the tomtom device, overwriting as necessary if prompted by WinRar. _________________ David |
