TIA | If you run the EXE you go through the normal TomTom Setup Screens until you come to this one.

Worked a treat :D Did it with 'original' card in place (it removed a fair few files from the card) copied the card content to my Hard Drive - inserted 'NEW CARD into SD card reader (built in on my laptop) copied files from HD back onto new SD card .. inserted card in TT brill ......
