Yes, it is. It's two-fold:
1) the database is generated 'on-the-fly' on the server, the server is more powerful so actually creating the files for your to download is much faster now.
2) the server is uk-based now instead of being in america. as such the pressure of the atlantic ocean pressing down on the internet-wires slowing it down (like standing on a hosepipe)* has no affect. it may be slightly slower for our american users though.
* that may not really be how the internet works. |

I've not looked up the detail of what these rules are checking, but these messages are triggering them consistently.
What does your X-Spam-Report look like for one of these messages? |

My apologies, it looks like I must have had an issue before now because now I check I *have* whitelisted PGPSW!
Code: | pts rule name description
---- ---------------------- --------------------------------------------------
-100 USER_IN_WHITELIST From: address is in the user's white-list
0.0 URIBL_BLOCKED ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to URIBL was blocked.
See
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/DnsBlocklists#dnsbl-block
for more information.
[URIs: pocketgpsworld.com]
1.9 REPLYTO_WITHOUT_TO_CC REPLYTO_WITHOUT_TO_CC
1.3 RDNS_NONE Delivered to internal network by a host with no rDNS
2.9 TO_NO_BRKTS_MSFT To: misformatted and supposed Microsoft tool
X-Spam-Flag: NO |
The forum reply emails are auto-generated and I don't think we can change these 'features'... I wonder how much of an issue it is for other users?

Most Spam filters are fairly wimpy and leave it up to the recipient to sort out anyway (i.e. they just re-file it in "Spam"). My email system OTOH is busily forwarding them all to Spamcop.net (So I have to keep cancelling the reports)
That "TO_NO_BRKTS_MSFT" rule seems to be triggered simply by the fact that there is an empty "TO: " header. I'll see if I can figure out what the others are.
EDIT: "REPLYTO_WITHOUT_TO_CC" has the same cause. (I think)
Another EDIT: Found another forum with same issues
