Not sure if my TT can get mapshare as I have the latest UK ROI maps but in TT Home, its says my mapshare is like loads of weeks out of date but It won't update. any reason for this?

Yes, Mapshare servers are down for about 1-2 weeks.
Lots of discussion of this in other posts.
