After numourous attempts I gave up trying. Sometimes Vista even claimed I was trying to use a Win95 driver? Given up and will just have to use my XP boot for the GPS until a proper fix is brought out. I do wonder if other GPS companies are having problems with Vista as well?
I do gather that the problems seem to be down to the Mobile Sync software in Vista causing a conflict of somekind? |

A Garmin device is just considered as standard external drive and from what I read from the TT FAQ, TomTom.
It's abaout time that viamichelin does the same and don't rely too much on MS.

MS are VERY good at breaking Non MS products... in fact they even break MS products |

Hit and Miss I think, will work fine for some people but not others... depends on how picky your install of Vista is going to be
Maybe SP1 for Vista will resolve some issues? Very tempted to download the Release candiate of the service pack to try it out. |

To my feeling, it won't do anything on a 64 bit Vista as long as viaMichelin doesn't provide the correct drivers. The solution must come from them.
