I do not know about the 530, but in a case such as this the 520 lists all such places for the user to choose the correct one.

Strange, with my 530 (bought in Switzerland, installed UK Maps from CD on SD card) there is neither a Leeds problem nor an Eastwood problem. :o
Routing from York centre (4 Nessgate) to Leeds centre (Calverley St) results in a reasonable route of 40 kilometers.
Finding Eastwood is no problem, too.
Did you try removing the maps and reinstalling them from CD? Perhaps this could fix your problem...
