its like it wont even read the cards

You cannot go back from a v6 bootloader to a v5 bootloader. You need to copy a newer system file to the SD card.

Use 6.15, not 5.450.

but how can i find out some info about the device/bootloader ... etc
how do i know it has bootloader v6 installed ?
where do i find the newer system files ?
i tryed using tomtom home but with no use Sad

what can i do ?
please can u guide me ... step by step ?
i would really really apreciate it

I got this msg from someone :

try resetting WITHOUT sd card inserted. If that does not work, you will never get access to your SD card when inserted, not via USB, and not starting up the ONE.
If the reset works, it will show a simpliefied picture of the ONE, indicating you need to insert an SD (with an animation of the SD is moving in and out of teh SD slot ).
Other thing to try: reset the ONE, and afterwards startup the ONE while holding the power button. You should then get a black screen with all details about your ONE (like it's serial number, and bootloader version etc.)

so i did try to reset it using no sd card ... and still i get the white screen.
might that be that i tryed to use cracked-hacked software and the one recognized that and corrupted itself ?

what else can i try ?
