TT One, Classic & 300 come with a 128Mb card as standard.

You can go up to 4Gb if you REALLY need to.
I've found most 1Gb or 2Gb cards are faster than original TT cards anyway but as stated earlier, the new firmware does need a "faster" card.
I use Datawrite 2Gb cards & they're fine.
