So they don't even give you the most up to date maps when you buy the thing free you have to pay another £70 or whatever it is to update it 8O

I'm pretty sure you always get the most up to date maps when you buy a new model, although it seems not when you buy an older model that is being phased out but still available.

So is the tomtom one being phased out ? To be honest as long as they keep my maps updated I dont care it's just a shame I have to pay to update them now. The plus service is free however for the first month, so will I be able to get the more up to date maps for free via this ? Just it doesn't explain very well what you get free.

Very unlikely that the One will be phased out.

I thought the 1 month trial was only for Traffic.

Wasnt sure so thanks for that, I've also just found out there is a download for my One on the website so i'll get that tonight never know it might have some map updates like you said. Thanks for all the help people.
