Navman 520 Map problems

Mine did the same but didn't on the way back for some reason. Can't complain it hasn't got me lost so far. Perhaps if we all make enough noise they might sort the mapping out.

I'm glad you can replicate it, confirms im not going mad. I hope your right about them rectifying the mapping problems. It is dissapointing that i'm a new NAVMAN customer wanting a bit of help from them and they don't even acknowledge emails with a "thank you we're looking at it".

GPS units are almost becoming commodity item. I must see one in every 5 cars on major motorways, and with the launch of Galileo's less that 1 meter accuracy GPS system, what use are 3 year old maps .

I'm still enjoying my navman tho, I just WISH it had the ability to route around roads without having to draw them on the map, that really is a feature I miss, still it was a present so musn't grumble.
