Mark, See my previous reply re the maps, you need to back up the SD card onto the PC, active sync and x-backup will not do this, I know its a pain but you are probably quite used to the card reader by now! - copy the entire lot including the backup to a folder on your PC that you can find in the event of a future fail - Mike
ah i see mike, i actually thought my activesync prog had actually backed the full contents of the xda onto my pc already, but i shall do what you recommend, many thanks _________________ TT GO 530
