Really sorry, and I know I will seem really dumb... not really. But could you tell me step by step where and how to do the search on the pda. Have tried but am completely at a loss, really appreciate your help. |

I haven't got a PDA in front of me at the moment. So from memory.
Depending on which operating system you have, you should a Menu of Programs installed on your PDA. Select this, and then look for Windows Explorer.
Select that and from there you can explore your PDA for files, etc., (until you get bored).
If you can't do it that way, it is possible to do it from the PC with ActivSync, and use the Windows Explorer on your PC.
Get that far and we can take the next step. _________________ Richard

Have tried both ways, but can't find any reference to the file you mention . The only one that seems to be their is the data05 one! Stumped now! |

Borrowed a PDA and had a look today. The Data.chk file is in My Device\Program Files\Navigator along with the data05.chk.
Have another look and don't forget, you might not see the extension, just Data. About 1MB. _________________ Richard
