Ebuyer support non-existent

My guess is very few end in disaster, but when they do Ebuyer makes it worse by not having a system that sorts it out. That is their problem. They turn a crisis into a disaster.

I agree with your last point about getting what you pay for, but no matter how cheap you should get a system that deals with basic leagl requirements, like the return of faulty goods.
