I imagine it's no, but if you pass on a LM unit (ie sell) do the lifetime maps transfer to the new owner?
Looking on ebay and saw someone stating that it comes with LM. |

I use a unique (based on unit's serial number) Gmail account for each TomTom device. When I have passed on an old unit to a member of my family I give them the Gmail account as well!
The above may or may not work for your requirements.
However, there may be something in the paperwork that states you cannot transfer map updates when you sell the unit.

I've always deleted the POI's when I've passed a unit on. _________________ DashCam:

Thanks for replies guys. Without reading the conditions very deeply they look to be saying you can't transfer the LM to another nav unit not another person though I haven't looked too deeply at all.
Reason for asking is that I am selling a Zumo on the bay and noticed one seller had mentioned LM for his one.
I think I did delete all personal data but know you got me thinking Kremmen, I'll double check |

i know with TomTom if you purchase a device with lifetime maps, it can be transferred to the new user when you sell the device or give it to someone else.
