I'm on a tight budget of £100 (mainly due to me being a student ) and I'm just wondering what would be the best sat nav for me to buy with £100.
I'd like the sat nav to be easy to use and quick to pick up the route.
Thanks in advance . |

There was a thread that ended up with a recommendation for a Navman 685. _________________ Mike R [aka Wyvern46]

Depends what your 'nice to haves' are. If you simply want a GPS to get you from A to B buy the cheapest Garmin you can find. |

I would recommend a TomTom from their "Outlet store" of refurbished models.
http://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/products/tomtom-outlet-store/
Slight "second hand" means you get a lot more for less.
For example the XL IQ Routes™ edition Europe Refurbished - £99.99 including a free case.
There are several other models on there at the moment, but I'd avoid the model with a tiny "2" after "edition" in the name.
I've had refurb. units before and they are almost indistinguishable from a brand new one. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-) |
