I have several ogg files that I can use on my TT GO 950.
Is there anyway I can test them to see how they sound? _________________ David

Thanks for that.
I have just downloaded the codecs for Windows 7 Media Player and that works OK as well.
So I can now:
1. Download and install the ogg files.
2. test them whilst on the computer
I must now (if all goes well) set up the GO 950 to use them. I have read and digested the instructions given in the link given in another post.
My only remaining question is can I test the voice output on the GO 950 without taking it out on the road for a test run? (It seems not). _________________ David

Once a route is planned and you are at the route summary screen, click on 'options' and one should be demo.
If you play that at 400% or less, you should hear the voice, recorded or computer, depending upon the voice you've selected. _________________ David |

That sounds a great solution.
This is a great forum and now I have reached the point where I almost expect to get a helpful reply within a day or so.
Please keep up the good work. _________________ David

I didn't want to praise too much because it might swell your egos too much.
