Hello,
There are a few things I need to sort out before I give you an answer:
The application you have is Telmap v4.5 or v5.0?
Are you able to get a fix using other GPS applications?
Also please provide me with the following so I can examine this:
From the Application menu screen go to preferences then about and copy the third and fourth line.
From the BlackBerry menu go to then options then about then copy the third line.
Send the details to me.
Best

I have the same problem on 9550. Google maps and BB maps are both seeing GPS just fine. Telmap Nav does not.
version 4.65

I can say that I have no problems with my 9550, other than trying to install the 9000 version the first time around.
I have full and highly accurate GPS lock (within 2-5m). The only thing that you might be missing is that if you denied trusted access you may not be able to access your GPS or the network. You can check this under Options - Applications |
