I have a Nokia N73 with similar problems. You should be able to link the phone to the Nuvi with Bluetooth - if you can't do that, reply again. To download the phonebook, you need to drop the connection to the Nuvi, open your contacts on the phone, mark them all then select SEND and via Bluetooth. The phone will then convert the contacts for sending then search for Bluetooth devices, select the Nuvi and it should send your phonebook to the Nuvi. |

Have you made sure you have the latest firmware with WebUpdater? |
