Hey,
I got a tomtom one v2. It's running version 7.162.
I'm sure I got a problem with post codes. When I enter a post code it recognizes the first part of it OK. i.e. GL6 = Stroud.
It won't recognize anything past that though. If I say ok then it just asks me to enter the street name.
Could anyone help me fix this?
Thanks |

Can you connect the device to the PC then use Windows Explorer to view the contents of the device. Open the folder named "zip" and are there any files within this folder? - Mike |

There is no folder called zip on the sd card. I've created the folder but tomtom home still doesn't offer me anything for postcodes. |

You can download the file yourself from THIS Location, unzip the download which will produce a postcode installer for the TomTom which will create and install the files required - Mike |
