Hi All,
Back in the good ole days before i got my XDA orbit i used to carry around a MP3 player and a FM transmitter which went to the radio.
I was wondering, does anyone know if there is either an adaptor i can get for my belkin to plug into the XDA orbit ( usb type socket ) or an inbetween changer thing?

If you want to power the Orbit at the same time as using the device with an FM Transmitter look into one of These
Or if all you want is the device running on its battery without external power try this Device
Note both items listed above are for the Artemis P3300 which is the same unit as the Orbit, the same accessories also work on the Orbit-2.
Don't forget you can also stream audio from the Orbit using Bluetooth if the car deck is equipped to receive this method, the audio quality is far better this way - Mike

Hi Mike,
Thanks for reply, i got my lead come today, quite pleased with it.
I got the splitter type lead, with one going to the external power ( car battery ) and the other to my fm transmitter.
Just one silly question, i think i know the answer anyways, but if you have the main lead plugged into the xda ( so its running from car battery), but with nothing in the audo socket, can the xda still play sound with its own speaker ( like if not got the lead in )
The only reason i ask is, is if i want to choose when i want the fm transmitter on, i will have to swap over leads again, but if i can get the audio coming out the xda even with the lead in but no audio plugged in then that means i wont have to swap over the leads ever again!!
