I have installed Zonelab security software, unfortunatley it will not let me upload the camera database, as anyone any ideas to adjust settings.

Which ZoneAlarm Utility are you using?

For information, I use the ZoneAlarm free version, and have never experienced any problems. |

i'm pretty certain from various support emails etc that the issues occur only with the paid-for version...
i can't find any particular resolution to it though... something to do with... no, sorry - mind is totally blank!! something needs disabling in zonealarm or something!

I've just remembered. You must enable what zone alarm call 'private headers' for this site. |

The Private Headers feature only appears in the Pro Security Suite.
