Not very much. Do a search for IDN and you will see that a couple of users have them. I actually thought Navman had dropped the idea and that it never hit the market but that evidently isn't true. _________________ Tim |

My understanding is they sold it through the automotive sales channels, not the consumer electronics channels that most car navigation is sold through. Therefore it had less (no) marketing, was muct less widely distributed and is therefore virtually unknown.
From the posts I have read here, very little useful infomation beyond what the manual tells you, is avalible on it. |

I don't know what vintage the iDN maps are, but the iCN300 ones are from 2006, aren't they? Such a pity that Mioman can't provide up to date mapping for their older products.... _________________ Tim |

When Navman was acquired by Mitac last year, the sports tools and the iDN3000 were not included in the purchase.
Brunswick are responsible for supporting these products. We finally have some contact details for customers to contact if they have any queries or issues relating to repairs etc.
"Responsibility for the Sports Tool range was assumed by Brunswick corporation in March 2007 following the purchase of Navman by Mitac Taiwan.
Navman are unable to offer any further support on Sport Tools."

OK, that's great, but I'm now trying to think what motive there might be in dredging up a one year old topic. _________________ Tim |
