Hi All,

The PSP power cord fits perfectly into the CoPilot 6 Bluetooth GPS.

Went in search of a USB cord to power the GPS, and found there is a cheap USB to mini USB and power cable for the PSP (by Logic 3) (e.g. http://www.simplyplaystation.com/product/Logic-3-Charger-and-Data-Cable-for-PSP/14/).

Works perfectly, is super small and costs about £6. Bonus comes with a mini USB!!

Yup, CoPilot's BT Receiver is an Emtac which shares the same socket as most GO's, iPAQ's and many other devices.

The good news is that PSP chargers fit them and vice versa.

Are you really sure about that, Darren? I have previously had Emtac CruxII receivers, and, while they looked similar to my present Copliot receiver (and although in this context it doesn't matter), the following points suggest that it may not be an Emtac:

Arrow The Emtac Crux II has no GPS fix-indicator light, while Copilot's does. I realise that ALK may have asked for an enhancement; however...
Arrow Dave Burrows previously reported that ALK denied that it was an Emtac (sorry, I can't turn up the post at the moment) and...
Arrow What really seems to make it unlikely is the battery duration. Emtac claim 8 hours for the Crux II (actual about 9) while Copilot claims 6 hours (actual about 7).
