I was very impressed with the Traffic trial and decided to buy the European service. My purchase processed smoothly but when I try to enable the service on the tomtom website I get the error message:
"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /server/www/htdocs/cens/sam/lib/util/mytraffic/myTrafficLib.class.php on line 28
You have NO active Traffic Subscriptions"
I logged a support call over a week ago but have had no response. Has anyone else experienced this error? |

When I subscribed to the UK service and the order was processed, to activate I did it all via the PocketPC. When you try to activate traffic you type in your username and password used for the website (and you must have these because you placed the order).
Note for the trial the login was username and a password of plus. So you might need to edit your service account settings via the PocketPC to use your real password instead of "plus".
Hope this helps. |

Thanks for the reply.
I have activated TomTom services that way too, but I still get an error message saying my subscription has expired. And my TomTom account does not show that I have traffic, although my billing history does. Will see if TT reply to the support call! (I suppose they are busy....) |

Just in case anyone else has the issue, it was a problem in TomTom's system(s). They resolved it after a day and all is working now. They even paid attention to resetting the subscription start date to refkect my lost time. |
