Hi guy's - first post so please be gentle!
I have TTNav1 v1.51 (277) with the GPS driver v2.0 (265/330) running on an iPAQ 3850. The system performs well when I use a segment map; say the Newcastle map, located on the iPAQ.
However, with the Great Britain map located on a 128mb SD card, the software runs fine for about three days and then starts to fail to load, even after soft resetting the iPAQ, all that happens is that TTNav starts to load but fails to get anywhere, the screen shows that a program called 'Frame' is attempting to load, and under running programs a program called 'Frame' appears to be running. I get a message saying that there is a problem stopping the program when trying to stop it from the Running Program screen. On the SD card there are many nameless folders, which have appeared in the Map folder.
If I remove the SD card, TTNav loads OIK with the Newcastle map. If I then insert the SD card and attempt to load the GB map, the software then closes itself or unloads itself
If I remove the GB folder and then reinstall, all appears to be OK... for the moment.
What to do? please?
p.s. I have noticed that the problem appears when the GPS driver starts to fail to unload (when you close TTNav, the GPS driver stays active, even after a soft reset).

Interestingly, I have moved my GB map from an SD card to a 128mb CF card and jacket with additional battery.
The same problem happens.
However, I 've been looking into this and have found that I can resolve the problem temporarily by deleting the NavigatorSettings.cfg from the GB map folder on the storage card.
I can determine when the problem is about to appear as the GPS driver icon no longer disappears when I close down TTNav1 (ordinarily it does, but after a while, two-three days, it stops unloading).
