I bought Navigator 3.03, and recently upgraded to 3.07. It's still working like a dream, though I am occasionally attacked by gremlins - par for the course with Navigator it seems.
Now I am considering getting the Traffic plugin. What I'm concerned about is that the blurb for the Navigator 3.07 update said that 3.07 shouldn't be applied if using Traffic. Having already applied the 3.07 Navigator upgrade, does that mean that I can't install Traffic?
Also, I'm thinking of getting a Motorolla V3 phone. Does anyone have experience of this with Traffic?
Thanks in advance. _________________ Geraint

You can upgrade to traffic when you want. The warnings are for users of Traffic so that they dont download and install the standard TomTom Navigator instead of the Traffic version. _________________ Mike Barrett |

Excellent, thanks.
Has anyone tried Traffic with the Motorola V3? It has BT and GPRS. _________________ Geraint

Traffic needs Mobile Internet GPRS and not the WAP or MMS version. The last time I contacted BT Mobile they were unable to give me any idea of ehrn the right 'flavour' of GPRS would ne available. So the answer to the question is that TRAFFIC will not work with BT. My solution was to get an Orange Pay As You Go card which work perfectlywith Traffic |
