It's not TomTom 3 that you have. It's version 4, also called the HP Edition.
The POIs need to be loaded into the map folder (both the OV2 and the BMP file) and then you need to activate them via "Manage POIs" _________________ Lutz

Hi,
Try:
Change Preferences | Maintain (or Manage) POI | Enable/Disable POI

It may be necessary to upgrade to 4.420 to see that. _________________ Lutz

You're right, there are no current upgrades for your particular unit.
So to go back to your primary problem, I don't know the setup on the HP bundle, but in one of the sub-menus (options or preferences it might be called) will be the Enable or Maintain POI.
It might be just a case of trying all the menus and drilling down till you find it. _________________ Richard
