|
|
I've narrowed it down to these two, so if I spent £350 I could have either Co Pilot V5 on the Mio 168, or Smart ST V3 on the Navman Pin300. Any views on which is better. Or, for only £250 I can get the Mio 168 with Mio Map, is there really much difference between Mio Map & the more costly options? I am right that I can download Speedcameras to Mio Map aren't I?
Any advice greatfully appreciated.
Thanks

I use the 168, with TomTom software, which though slightly more expensive, seems to be the best supported option at present. Have a friend with Navman pin 300, running smartst 2, who can,t access speed camera downloads, but this have been changed for smartst 3 I'm led to believe. _________________ brooke123 |

Hello Timbo14
I use a Medion 95000 (Mio168 rebrand) and also a Mio168, both using versions of Navigon software, click the link at the bottom for a quick look at my dedicated web site for the Medion 95000. |

Hi,
I use the 168 with TT3 and am very pleased with it. It does really need the ukpostcode add on, which I was able to get it before OS threatened legal action (I believe it is still available from other sites though?), without it, it can be frustrating trying to find a street address. However I tried out ST3 and found that had similar problems, I guess becos it uses the same teleAtlas mapping.
Might be worth waiting until TT5 is ready, as this has full postcode searching and other improvements. Not yet certain if it will be compatible with the Mio 168 _________________ Leigh
