Does anybody know how I can get this to work. I have followed to the letter the following tutorial http://www.wifizard.com/tutorialsXP/sync/index.htm but still no joy. After setting as the tutorial when I try to sync, the icon turns green for 5 seconds then to grey again. _________________ Mio P550 Mio 3 TTN 6 2GB SD Card, Ipaq 5450: Integral 1Gb SD card, TTN 6, POICapture, PPC 2003 |

Same here It was easy using a WiFi CF card in my iPAQ 3970 but I cannot get it to work on my HP4700 with its built-in WiFi.
My setup is Windows XP Home SP2 and Netgear Wireless ADSL Firewall Router DG834G. _________________ Various TomToms, Garmin eTrex Legend, GPSMAP 60CSx, Oregon 550t, Forerunner 405 |

Have a look at this: http://wifi.aximsite.com/sync.html
I have had to install PocketHosts to get my kit to sync wirelessly on PPC2002. |

I've used the Axim instructions for my hx2750 and they work well.
One thing to remember is that using a USB connection to a PC resets the Activesync settings on your PPC to that PC.
So if you use two (e.g.work and home) then every time you USB sync with say the work machine the active sync settings on you PPC are set to that PC (so the "when syncing remotely with a PC, Use this PC" setting is now your work machine and not the home machine you used the WiFi sync for)
The home PC is still there to choose in the pick box, but you need to select it before starting to sync
Also the instructions under item 4 "Both options on this page should be “My Work Network” " are not completely true as I have found only the bottom setting need to be "my work network" the top can be "my ISP" - but follow their instructions first to be sure _________________ Nick |

I managed to sort mine out last night but I still need to review what I have done to get it working. Access to the internet has always been OK but now I can Active Sync as well. _________________ Various TomToms, Garmin eTrex Legend, GPSMAP 60CSx, Oregon 550t, Forerunner 405 |
