forgot to say that i only wanted a tomtom replacement aerial but also wanted to find out about a sdio reciever the lady wasnt to sure but by time i got to there place she found the info out and adviced me to get the tomtom aerial my fiend is looking for a gps set up in few months i know were ill be telling him to go for sure and when i upgrade my set up gps for less will be my first point and only point of call

Can I just add, I called them to see if they had a product in stock which was not shown on their website, to be pleasantly told that yes it was available.

I placed an order over the phone for Brodit Proclip and a Passive Tilt Swivel Holder for my hx2410, they even gave me a discounted price for buying both, ordered Thursday product arrived Friday morning.

Hi there. They havn't got the largest selection, but www.undercutter.com were quite helpful in recommending a decent bluetooth receiver so its worth paying them a visit. I bought the Globalsat BT338 which has been an amazing piece of kit!

Tracy in particular, was very patient and helpful. I wanted a brodit mount (holder f cable conection) and a y-cable to go with it. She went into the warehouse, got them both out and tested. She confirm the fit was not exact but offered to refund if not sutable. Goods arrived next day, and unfortunatley the fit is not good enough.... I asked if I can try another cable from tomtom direct (since then only need to refund the cable) to which she happily agreed.

I cannot speak highly enough.... thank you ... I only wish you were around the corner (but cannot have everything!)

I'll also add my recommendation of this company.
Ordered a custom mount and sync cable for my HX4700 on Thursday after calling to confirm stock. No problems getting through on two occasions.
They even managed to make a last minute change to my order with no delays or other problems.

Package arrived on Saturday morning by royal mail special delivery.
Probably would have had it even sooner but they had some IT issues on the day I ordered.

Nice that they use royal mail as this allows next day delivery on saturdays at no extra charge 8)

Got to agree with the comments of everyone above.

GPSforless - Top service both before and after.

Contacted them by email for info and got a reply within 10 mins.

Placed my order delivered next day, slight problem with some missing screw but Craig sorted and sent it out for next day delivery.

Top job from start to finish.

Highly recommended.

Have to agree - I emailed them on a weekend to see if they had a MIO 168 stock - had a response withinn minutes - collected it next day from them.
